1. Inspection form for outbound goods;

2. Foreign trade contracts (sales confirmation or orders), commercial invoices, packing lists, and letters of credit for settlement of foreign exchange by letter of credit (letters of credit have special requirements and should be indicated);

3. Factory inspection result list (outbound textile products need to provide identification inspection records);

4. Outbound cargo transportation packaging performance inspection result sheet;

5. Enterprises that do not have the right to import and export shall apply for inspection and provide a letter of authorization for entry-exit inspection and quarantine inspection;

6. Provide processing trade filing manual for incoming and incoming processing;

7. Provide the registration number or license number for the implementation of quality license and hygiene registration, and provide the "Import and Export Food Label Audit Certificate" or "Label Review Acceptance Decision Letter" for prepackaged food;
